Terms & Conditions
Last updated: March 2026
Introduction
These terms and conditions govern your use of the Ponte Property Partners website (pontepropertypartners.com) and the services we provide. By using our website or engaging with our services, you agree to these terms.
Ponte Property Partners is a property introducer. We connect property sellers with vetted cash-buying companies. We do not buy properties ourselves, we do not hold client money, and we do not act as estate agents, solicitors, or financial advisers.
Our Services
What We Do
We introduce motivated property sellers to cash-buying companies within our network. Our role is to assess seller requirements, identify suitable buyers, facilitate introductions, and support the process through to completion.
What We Do Not Do
We do not purchase properties. We do not provide estate agency services in the traditional sense. We do not provide legal, financial, or tax advice. We do not guarantee that any offer will be made, accepted, or completed. We do not act as your agent or representative in any transaction.
No Obligation
There is no obligation on any party. Sellers are free to decline any offer. Buyers are free to withdraw at any time before exchange of contracts. We do not charge sellers any fees.
For Sellers
How It Works
When you contact us about your property, we will discuss your situation and assess whether our service is suitable. If we believe we can help, we will share relevant property details with buyers on our panel to obtain offers.
Important Points for Sellers
- We will discuss which information will be shared with buyers before doing so.
- Any offer is from a third-party buying company, not from Ponte Property Partners.
- We strongly recommend you take independent legal advice before accepting any offer.
- If your property is currently being marketed by another party, please ensure you are not bound by an exclusive marketing or sales agreement that would prevent you from engaging with us.
- We do not provide property valuations. Price guidance is informal only.
No Fees to Sellers
We do not charge sellers any fees for our service. Our fee is paid by the buying company upon completion.
For Buyers
Introducer Fee
Our fee is payable by the buyer upon legal completion of any property purchase that results from an introduction made by Ponte Property Partners. The fee amount will be agreed in writing before any introduction is made.
What Constitutes an Introduction
An introduction is made when we provide a buyer with details of a property or seller. If a buyer completes a purchase of a property introduced by us — whether directly, through a subsidiary, an associated company, or any other connected party — within 12 months of the introduction, our fee is due.
Payment Terms
Our introducer fee is due on the date of legal completion and should be paid via the buyer's solicitor from completion funds. We will issue an invoice and expect payment within 14 days of completion if not settled on the day.
Exclusivity
Unless otherwise agreed in writing, introductions are non-exclusive. We may introduce the same property to multiple buyers on our panel.

- We accept no liability for any transaction that does not complete.
- Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of any fee received by us.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be excluded by law.
Anti-Money Laundering
We are registered with HMRC for anti-money laundering supervision. We are required to carry out identity verification and due diligence checks on parties involved in property transactions. We may request identification documents from you, and we are legally obliged to report any suspicious activity to the relevant authorities.
